My name is Christopher. Iā€™m a retired Canadian Forces image technician living in British Columbia, Canada. On this website you can find my portfolio of candid, natural landscape photos I capture while hiking. If you like one, you can buy a print of it.

My journey with photography began as a child when I picked up my father's Kodak Brownie camera, sparking a lifelong passion for capturing the moments around me. I bought my own camera when I was 14 years old, a Ricoh XR-20p and really honed my skills, learning about film, f-stop, shutter speed, and lighting. My career with the Canadian Forces took an exciting turn when I transitioned into the photography trade. This allowed me to develop my hobby into a profession. Now, having retired from my service, I call British Columbia, Canada home. Here, alongside my life partner, I have the opportunity to explore and appreciate the natural wonders that surround us. Through Sundancephoto, I aim to share the beauty of our natural world with you. Each photograph is a testament to the remarkable landscapes we inhabit. I'm thrilled to have you here and hope you enjoy your journey through my lens. Thank you for visiting!
